following services are provided for you on a contractual basis to meet your company's
needs:

Full time 24 hour on call for your consumer, staff, or foster
care providers

After hours relief for your full time staff
In
addition to ON CALL services, the following services may be
contracted:
- Consumer assessments and Medical Plan of Care, Annual
Medical Reviews, RN Delegation, Medical and Dietary In-services, SAM's assessments, AIMS assessments
- Medication monitoring, Monthly MAR’s,
Medication error reporting and follow up education
- Nursing Policy Development / Updates
- Staff, foster care provider, and Day
Hab staff education

Employee training: Medication administration and
documentation, Infection Control, HIPAA, Safety, and Emergency /
Restraint Policies

Participate in consumer’s IDT and develop medical needs
for consumer's ISP/PDP
