The following services are provided for you on a contractual basis to meet your company's needs:

  • Full time 24 hour on call for your consumer, staff, or foster care providers

  • After hours relief for your full time staff

In addition to ON CALL services, the following services may be contracted:

  • Consumer assessments and Medical Plan of Care,  Annual Medical Reviews, RN Delegation, Medical and Dietary In-services, SAM's assessments, AIMS assessments 
  • Medication monitoring, Monthly MAR’s, Medication error reporting and follow up education
  • Nursing Policy Development / Updates
  • Staff, foster care provider, and Day Hab staff education
  • Employee training:  Medication administration and documentation, Infection Control, HIPAA, Safety, and Emergency / Restraint Policies
  • Participate in consumer’s IDT and develop medical needs for consumer's ISP/PDP
