30 years nursing experience.

 

I received my LPN license in 1978 and worked as an LPN for 7 years. I knew I wanted to advance my practice and received my RN in 1985.

 

Since 1985 I have worked in the following areas:

· Emergency

· Critical Care

· Ground Transport and Flight Nurse

· Adult and Pediatric Post Anesthesia Care

· Sub-Acute Tracheostomy/Ventilator dependent

 

Director Home and Community Service Programs Registered Nurse

 

Through additional education I have received the following certifications:

BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, TNCC, and CEN

 

I have been a Foster Care Provider for HCS consumers which has allowed me to become familiar with the HCS program from another point of view.

 

My belief is that all individuals deserve quality professional nursing care based on their individual needs.
